Customer returned Water Bottle with reason "Water leakage" > Item picked up by ATS > Item remains in Chennai from 17-May2024 to 05-June-2024 without any movement, after being picked on 12-May-2024 > Reaches us on 09-Jun-2024 > The flyer did not contain any bottle as it was very thing. You delivery executive agreed on this. We refused the return > We confirmed from the customer, who said that bottle was picked up by the ATS executive. We do not doubt the customer because the return item is verified with the image of the item.
