A-Z Claim for delivered item on day of delivery

Item dispatched on 01/09/25 (this is within the ship by date)
Item retention at the parcel hub delivery on 03/09/25
Delivered and Signed on 04/09/25
Customer messaged on 05/09/25 that he did not received the package. We said according to the tracking information this parcel was delivered Thursday 04 September 2025, 09:18. He said that "the parcel has definitely not been delivered to this address". But we just indicate the address provided on the order details.
Again, based on tracking, it was delivered and signed on 04/09/25.
A-Z claim raised, we appealed saying it was delivered with above info, claim denied, customer refunded in full.
