Cannot Create New Product Listing with New Private Label (Error 5461)

Hi Amazon Team,

I have created a NEW Private Label particular to list this product on Amazon and registered with USPTO to get a specific trademark. However, after all the effort to prepare a new product with a new Private Label, I am constantly rejected by Amazon without clearer reason. Please advice.

Error 5461 Response: "We are currently not accepting applications for this product. To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we restrict certain products from being listed or sold on Amazon."

What I have done so far but still being rejected:

1. Tried adding new product with all the information filled

2. Registering on Brand Registry (Pending Review)

3. Provided all the photos needed for Category selling application such as Product photo, Purchased GTIN from GS1 US, Labelled SKU specific GTIN ID on Product Packaging, Ensure GS1 Database has the same brand name and information as my Category Selling Application
