Read onlyHi All, I have been given a warning that the FBA boxes I have been using for the past 5 or so years are now being flagged as large package by UPS.

Dear UK team,
Greetings from FBA Defect Reduction EU.
We have been notified by UPS, our partnered carrier service provider, that one or more cartons sent via partnered carrier channel were found to in breach of Amazon/UPS maximum dimensions’ policy. Please find a complete list of non-compliant cartons below:

For Amazon Partnered Carriers policy please refer to below help page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/200256280
A package is considered a “Large Package” when its length plus girth [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 300cm. In case any of these dimensions is exceeded, the parcel is subjected to surcharge.
Surcharges were covered by Amazon on your behalf to date. Going forward, we would like to kindly ask you to measure all cartons meant to be sent via UPS partnered carrier before submitting measures of all sides to online shipment creation workflow and handing them over to the transportation company.
Any future non-adherence to this policy might result in charging difference between fees or removing your ability to use partner carrier option for any subsequent shipment.
We would kindly ask you to confirm to us that you have received this message and that you will avoid this kind of errors in your future shipments.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
REDACTED

The box I have always been using and never had an issue until now is from kitepackaging (screen shot attached)
They are now flagging it as oversized. The problem is 1/3 of my case packed items created over the years requires these 60cm boxes.
Does anyone else use these and are they getting flagged by UPS/Amazon. Thee 24inch boxes are marketed as FBA compatible from some sellers. I would like to clarify these boxes are never over 23KG. Nobody sells a 23x23x23inch box so I am stuck.
Any advice?
Amazon haven't changed their maximum box measurements, so the issue is with UPS's policy. The options are really to not use UPS, use smaller boxes or continue to use UPS but pay the fee direct to them (or use pallets).
Depending on how many you use (and can store!) look into having your own boxes made to measure.
For a strong double wall box that size without personalisation I would expect to pay around £1.70/box from the box manufacterer I use and would probably have to buy 120+ at a time (about a pallet full) to get that price.
