Secondary User Permissions

Hi, I have setup a secondary user on my account but need them to have access to the case log to raise and review new support tickets. But they do not have access to the this, and i can not see in the user permissions page a setting for this.

Go to Settings in Seller Central (top right) User Permissions and scroll down to bottom for Settings > manage your cases and assign.
