Suspected Intellectual Property Violations
Just got an account health ding for Suspected Intellectual Property Violations on a product that we are selling. Some Chinese seller changed the brand name to something random that is obviously not correct. It has been the correct brand name for years and I have never had a problem. I tried contacting support but they keep saying it is because the brand name is incorrect. I have tried changing it back but it has not worked. Why do they make it so easy for someone to change it to the incorrect name but impossible to change it back to the correct one. Now I have an account health violation because of someone else and Amazon refuses to actually help me. I have contacted seller support several times and get back the same exact response. I am not usually one to complain on these forums but there are so many issues that are not being address by Amazon that something needs to change,

Hello @Seller_z0TFo0bduk0xA
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have encountered with this ASIN and the changes that have been made. I know this can be very frustrating, and I do want to get you further support. To do so, I will require more information regarding the specific ASIN that has been impacted.
You mention having difficulty with changing the information to reflect the correct details, did you attempt to open a case into this? Would you be able to share the corresponding case ID to this thread so I may further research the issue? Generally, these types of situations will require providing specific details and evidence showing that the ASIN had been changed. Additionally, if you are not the brand owner, you may need to provide documentation showing that you are authorized to list the brand on the platform.
I will continue to monitor this thread for any information or details that you have that I can further investigate.
Best,
Atlas
