Problem with feedback removal
We recently encountered a problem with the Automated Feedback Removal Manager.
The buyer's feedback in its entirety, and I quote: " OUR ORDER NUMBER 205-5181657-3755549"
The feedback is in reference to an order that was NOT purchased from us and needs to be removed. But the auto feedback bot rejected my request to appeal in a matter of seconds!
Moderators - Please could any one of you kindly assist to escalate this case for further review and actually look at where this order number is from and remove the feedback as it is not associated with us? Thank you @Ezra_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn
