I did received Negative Feedback for order where is used Amazon Buy Shipping Label for order ID: 026-1318660-6316355

Negative Feedback is for a late delivery.

,,15 minutes after delivery slot, email received saying package is delayed by 5 days. EVRI delivery are absolute S**t.,,

When I did request feedback removal through the Feedback Manager I got:

,,We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log.,,

Then, when I come back to this case after 7 days, I got:

Case ID 10900549422

,,Answered cases cannot be reopened after 5 days with no activity. If you need help with an issue, please contact us,,

So, I opened many others cases and got an immediate the same automatic response with no possibility of replying because cases are closed automatically:

And I'm in a closed circle.

Can I ask you for help on how to remove Negative Feedback for an order sent by Amazon Buy Shipping?

Negative Feedback is for a late delivery.
