Evri / Hermes Tracking Showing as Invalid

Hi,

We keep having issues with tracking from Evri. Our valid tracking report are showing these tracking numbers as invalid. Our courier is Evri and our delivery service is Next Day. Our tracking number is 16 digits, with 6 letters and 10 numbers.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a way to fix it?

Got the same.

VTR report:
Has Valid Tracking Number == “No”
Has Tracking Id == “Yes”
Any Physical Scan From Carrier == “No”
Delivery Scan/Attempt == “No”

When I track it manually it says that it was already delivered.

Not penalized by Amazon as far. It must be another glitch.

I have just had the same issue for Hermes parcels. Promised delivery between 10th and 11th Nov.
Spoke to Account Health, they advised to raise case with SS

This issue is still ongoing. Most of our tracking is still showing as invalid for Evri orders. We checked the ‘On time delivery’ report and many of our shipments from ‘Evri - Standard Drop Off’ are showing as valid , though many of this same courier and service are still showing as invalid. We don’t know why as they track fine on the Evri website.

How can we fix this? Why is there no drop down for a service for Evri?

I am having the exact same problem, when I check the scans they are all showing as delivered and well within the promised delivery date and with scans along the way. Its like the API between Evri and Amazon is not pulling through the details, but there also doesn’t seem to be a fix date. All the while my FBM orders are being pushed down the list. Very frustrating
