Amazon is scamming sellers by refunding customers even if they have not asked for a refund
I have collected evidence from multiple customers who have been given a refund, without any reason and without the customer even asking for a refund! This is another scam that Amazon is running.
Who else has had this experience?
A legal class action needs to be initiated against Amazon for this scam.

It could well be a product recall and Amazon have blanket refunded the customers as part of that recall.
Amazon tend to over-react to these things, and part of it is to give customers refunds to dispose of their position in any legal responsibility.
Are the refunds being applied to the same product, and have you looked to see if there is any recall or safety issue with the product?

Just had the same happen to me, contacted customer who said not claimed a refund as was happy with product, contacted amazon who said it was done automatically by amazon but they wouldn't know the reason until item was returned - not going to be returned by a happy customer. Eventually reimbursed £9.57 out of a £20.99 sale. What a shower they are

It is a massive scam. If Amazon refunds random customers without any complaints, they then charge us a "returns processing fee" and if the customer doesent return the item, which they wont as theyre happy with it, Amazon gets to pocket that fee for doing absolutely nothing and not even arranging the return shipping. How do you think Amazon got so big and huge.
