Buy box has disappeared
Hi everyone,
How are you all today?
My buy box vanished last night around 11pm, and has not been back since. I cannot advertise, i cannot sell products with the same proficiency as before, my whole product has collapsed in terms of sales.
is there anyone out there that could help me with this issue?
Thank you very much for your effort and time!

I am sorry to hear that this happened. These days, many sellers are reporting similar issues.
Check all the recently posted threads regarding technical problems, suppressed listings and loss of BuyBox.
There are many factors which influence the BuyBox, but it depends mainly on seller’s overall price + shipping, fulfillment method, handling time, Premium delivery options and metrics.
But, there is no guarantee you will be able to get it on any listing, even if you appear to have more advantages than other competing merchants.
It could also be something you are not aware of, such as their returns rate being lower or other internal metrics performing better.
Are you the only seller on your listings? What fulfillment methods and shipping options do you offer?

Thank you for your response kika much appreciated for your time.
I think I have tried everything dont know what else to do. I was meant to launch a product, and unfortunately on the fourth day this issue has arisen.
I am the only seller selling this product as it is my very own private labelled. I am distributing it via FBA. I sold 40 units successfully. However as of 11pm yesterday it just stopped suddenly.
In addition in the morning when I checked the listing the browser nodes were also missing, so I had to re add them?
Also i tried adding a new product, the new product had a buy box, so its really strange on the same profile im allowed a buy box in one product but not the other?
Any idea what I can do from here?
Thank you!

What is your feedback score? It does affect buy box.
two sellers, selling it for same price the buy box goes to who has best feedback. I can’t prove this as it hasn’t always been the case but most of the time this applies to me.
I once lost a lot of buy boxes over night. I checked my feedback and the only thing that had changed was my feedback dipped below 90% at 89% (Double negatives at the same time). I then worked my ass off chasing feedback from customers and got it back to 94%. As I slowly did this, my buy box percentage increased back too. ever since that day, 90% has burnt into my head as an important magic number. Of course no one knows for sure but from my observances, it makes a massive difference for the buy box.
