Hi, I upload my images manually and normally no problem. Today I am finding I can no longer upload images manually though the product page, is anybody else having this problem, I have not changed the way I have been doing it for years, quite frustrating, thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand you're unable to upload images manually through the product page.
Here are the troubleshooting steps:
Check Your Image Specifications:
- At least 500 pixels on the longest side
- Maximum 10,000 pixels in height or width
- Use RGB color model (preferred over CMYK)
Verify Your Product Setup:
- Ensure your SKU is active in your catalog
- Check that there are no pending data validation issues
Try the Standard Upload Process:
- Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory
- Select your product
- Click the camera icon
- Select your file
- Wait for processing - Images can take up to 24 hours to appear after upload
Alternative Methods:
- Try using the Image Manager for bulk uploads
- Use inventory file template for image uploads
