image upload

Hi, I upload my images manually and normally no problem. Today I am finding I can no longer upload images manually though the product page, is anybody else having this problem, I have not changed the way I have been doing it for years, quite frustrating, thanks

Here are the troubleshooting steps:

Check Your Image Specifications:

  • At least 500 pixels on the longest side
  • Maximum 10,000 pixels in height or width
  • Use RGB color model (preferred over CMYK)

Verify Your Product Setup:

  • Ensure your SKU is active in your catalog
  • Check that there are no pending data validation issues

Try the Standard Upload Process:

  1. Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory
  2. Select your product
  3. Click the camera icon
  4. Select your file
  5. Wait for processing - Images can take up to 24 hours to appear after upload

Alternative Methods:

  • Try using the Image Manager for bulk uploads
  • Use inventory file template for image uploads
