VTR Large Letter - OLP Not recognised? HELP!
Hi everyone,
Having read through Amazon’s VTR Policy change more than once, I understood that Large Letter 1st Class (not RM24) bought through Click & Drop were acceptable. But our VTR has dropped from 100% to 5.88%
Going through all of the order numbers, every one is a large letter item. All of our small letters bought through Amazon are unaffected.
Of course we are now very concerned we’ll be suspended over this. Am I missing something? Should we be buying Large Letter 1st Class through Amazon Shipping also?

If they are OLP so not from a business account then they’re not acceptable for VTR so you’ll either need to get an RM business account or buy through Amazon.
