Hi, my listing was removed for a 'Customer Product Reviews Policy Violation,' I am brand registered on this product and have followed Amazon's guidelines to the best of my knowledge. I am not the only seller on the listing however I place frequent test buys to make sure the other sellers are complying with Amazon and my guidelines.

I have appealed twice however both times have been unsuccessful.

Amazon are not providing a specific reason as to why the listing has been taken down. I am not sure on what the next steps are.

I'm seeking your advice as today morning we received Restricted Product Policy Violation.

Can't provide ASIN as Amazon already removed the product page.

From Performance Notifications I can see This product has been identified as a product that is not sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

We buy it from wholesaler and it come to us in cases: 3 units per case sealed together then we split them up for retail purpose.

Few other sellers were selling it and I'm pretty sure they was buying from same supplier (some larger sellers) but it doesn't matter as listing is closed so everyone has stock of this product in stranded status so I don't think there is possibility to reactivate the listing.

It has no impact on account health but we are trying to be proactive and remove/improve what we can now instead of getting in trouble later if more like this come out.

Is there possibility to remove this violation from our account? Does anyone have any advise regardings this.

I ordered a product supplement which has apparently in recent weeks been listed as a novel food by FSA, I listed the product (there are MANY other sellers selling this product too here). I followed the products restriction page from Amazon as it states clearly the item can be sold if less than 500mg of ingredient, my product has 350mg. I have sent the page with highlighted section to Amazon, but keep getting generic message back that I have violated a policy and my account has a critical threat to AHR. I have spoken to a couple of seller support who have told me different information. I deleted my listing as soon as I got the violation policy and was told I need to as to reinstate it to resolve the issue but each time I have done this I get the same message about product violation and novel food item. I am going round in circles and the last support person told me dont worry this threat will automatically remove after 180 days. Is this correct? I am so worried my account will be closed down for this, I am a new seller with on successful supplement product so far. TIA
