DOCUMENT VERIFICATION ISSUE - Seller Account Suspended

Hi all

My Amazon US account has currently been suspended for over a month now pending document verification. I have been selling in the EU happily for over a year now. I am about to write the following email to Amazon and send it through the Contact Us section titled:

“I need to submit an appeal to reactivate my account or provide additional information on my existing appeal.”

A copy of the appeal letter I’m sending them is below. I’d appreciate it if an experienced seller could give me some feedback on this with any tips on how to improve it to allow the greatest chance of being reinstated:

Dear Amazon

My account has been suspended for the following reason: Verification Documents required to be submitted.

In order to try and resolve this issue, I have submitted the following documents via the Documents Submission portal:

1. A business online service bill (Shopify Online Store Bill)
2. A business utility bill (Pure Planet Water Bill)
3. A personal phone bill (EE Mobile Phone Bill)
4. UK government issued Articles of Incorporation
5. UK government issued Certificate of Incorporation

Unfortunately, all of these documents have been rejected with the following message:

“We were unable to verify the document you provided because you did not provide all pages of the document, provided screenshots, or did not show all of the required information.”

I have attached all of these documents to this appeal submission, for your review.

I would kindly request that you review these documents and inform us what exactly it is we are missing so that we can get this information to you as soon as possible.
