Selling a product with suppliers' logo on it, but under your own brand, is this possible?

Hi guys, I’m in a strange situation. A supplier has a high MOQ (1000) for adding my own logo on the product and packaging, but he is offering lower MOQ (500) if I take the product with their brand logo which is very tempting because my budget is low. Note that their product has a good price and is by far better quality compared to other suppliers. For the next order I could print my own brand logo, because I think I would make enough profit to order 1000 units. My main concern is that when I create a listing can I write my own brand name and add theirs only in the title and after next order just change the title (delete their brand name)? Or I don’t even need to mention their brand name in my listing? Let’s presume that their brand logo is not visible in the photos (not sure if they have it printed on the product itself or only on the packaging)… I would appreciate the help on this issue!

What you are suggesting is against Amazon listing policies and illegal, by claiming to own an already branded product, it’s not only infringing the rights of the existing brand, but misleading Consumers.

I thought perhaps this was an April fools joke?

Forget about it. Generic Alibaba products do not come with brand logos on products or it’s packaging. Your Chinese supplier is offering you remaining or rejected stock from their previous wholesale order which they arranged for someone else.

The items were 100% produced for another Amazon seller and as soon as he finds your listing, you will be subject to test orders and trademark infringement claims. You would be surprised how closely are some private label Amazon sellers monitoring their competitors.

I would suggest you to avoid this product completely. Design your own product and have it manufactured for you instead of buying existing products from Chinese suppliers. The products available on these sites usually infringe someone’s patent or design. You will only get into trouble.
