Top brand asin's blocked Parallel Import Letter of Authorisation impossible to get my invests wasted
I've invested in products of top brand,brand approved to sell by Amazon, official certificate from my distributor available,
valid invoices, few transactions
after few days - asin's blocked because of Parallel Import( product original but not approved to sell by brand),
account in danger of suspension and Amazon says-WE NEED LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FROM BRAND
of course this is impossible because brand isn't interested in writing any letter for me
other invests wasted

if the manufacturer has asked Amazon not to sell products of its brand without prior agreement, you will have to present this sales authorization. Otherwise you will not be validated.
Why not try? Ask the brand for the sales agreement (knowing that it must explicitly name you in this authorization, with your name, address, etc.)?
There's no risk in trying, except that it works.
If it works, you will be functional!
