Video Verification

I was sent a link to do a video verification. I opened the link and the message says that there is an error and to try again in 2-3 days. While also it says to open between 7-11AM to get connected to a live associate. I have been doing this for 5 days and there is absolutely no change on the link page.

I try to contact Amqzon to get a new link,but there is no option to contact as my account is deactivated. I dont have an option to call or to chat , but only send an email, to which i get an automated reply that this is not the correct chanel to submit an appeal.

I just want a new link to do my video verification and get my account.

I need urgent help !
