Negative feedback - product review not being removed
We received a 'Product authenticity' violation a few days ago which I appealed succesfuly with invoices and today the customer has also left negative feedback
"I have done some research on this Funko pop I bought and I believe it to be fake - hugely disappointed"
I know the fact that the customer has been proven wrong is irrelevant, but surely this should fall under 'product review' and be eligible for removal.
The seller support bots say no though - are there any other options?

They tend not to remove feedback if the customer claims it is fake.
To a degree I can understand it as it is a warning to buyers. However you have already proved it is an authentic product.
Your best hope will be for a Mod to pick this up and get it looked at.
Please remember policy is that you should only ask for feedback removal through feedback manager.

"the feedback is a product review, however please be informed that the buyer has complained about the product received by them are fake. I understand you want to get the concerned feedback removed, please be informed that, as per Amazon Policy, the concerned feedback is not eligible for removal because you don't have a brand registry."
Anyone aware of this policy?
