Amazon Seller Partner Starter Program

Has anyone used the Starter Program from amazon which is a consultancy program that they help you grow your business. The selling point that was pushed was their inside knowledge and access to verious reports and matrix to make your business grow.
I just wanted to know whether anyone has used this service to advice me whether it is worthwhile signing up for. It costs around £625 + 0.3% of turnover a month.
