Massive amounts of ups shipments going missing recently

Is anyone else noticing massive amounts of shipments going missing recently with ups and taking much much longer to arrive? god knows what’s happening amazon must be cost-cutting, Also they are getting extremely harder to get reimbursed. anyone else notice all this or is it just me?

I personally (touch wood) haven’t had any go missing but i have noticed the delays - presumably its to do with the strikes at BHX4 and knock of effects on other depots at they re-route shipments
