Sales Drop since end of July?!
Sales drop drastically starting end of July. With a monthly sales of at least 15 - 20 items per month, then drops to 1 item sold for August. Account Health, Featured Price, Listing quality, all in good condition and problems are nowhere to be seen... Ads campaign tho, impressions and clicks are normal just without any sales like before... Wondering does anyone selling in Amazon UK have the same problem here?

I think it is because Amazon have stopped using Google Ads. we noticed a total drop off of sales (~75% for us) around the 21st / 22nd of July. Although they have picked up again in the last few days a month later, So I am not sure if they have started advertising again via google ads?!

This is a question posted on an almost daily basis in forums. We are down by 15-20% Year on Year. Whenever this happens you need to first look at if TRAFFIC has dropped OR CONVERSION has dropped. Check the business reports to find this data. Then you can dig further.

Seasonality.
August is when the school holidays are kids are off, most of the country goes on holiday, if not on holiday kids need activities to do while not in school so the majority of Augusts income is geared towards kids/holiday activities so if you are selling in one of those categories you might expect a slight boost.
If you are selling anything that would be considered a treat or luxury it's very likely those purchased will be skipped until next pay and the kids are back at school. Add on top of this the current state of the UK economy and inflation people have the lowest amount of disposable income in years so the majority of it is funnelled towards the kids/holidays and then picks back up into september and then kicks on into the christmas period.
You may well get the same amount of traffic but the intent of buyers is down in August which is why you see conversion rates drop and sales as people are browsing it's not the usual high intent traffic Amazon gets.
Advertising costs don't come down in the same manner as sellers are protecting their products rank and keywords they convert on so you get a weird disconnect where advertising can still cost the same but ROAS will suffer as the buyer intent isn't the same in this month as others.
Understanding things such as seasonality etc is imperative to making as much success as possible on Amazon.

The state of the UK economy should give you a clue. Its really on its knees and our wonderful government is just fiddling the figures to make out the real extent of damage they are doing. However it will come. Soon. People have had holidays to take their kids on and are skint so have no disposable income. Maybe they might spend towards the end of the year towards christmas but I'm really not expecting anything positive this year and moving forward. They are already talking of a bailout from the IMF so another 4 years of this government should finish off the UK.

Same here. I have only had 2 sales all of August which is amazingly bad for me.

We’ve also observed a noticeable drop in sales since around August 14th, even though impressions remained relatively high at the time, as did our ad spend. Due to the lack of conversions, we’ve since reduced our advertising budget, which has naturally led to a decline in impressions as well.
Interestingly, we did receive a small boost — 5 orders — over the final weekend of August, but overall, performance remains slow. We’re trying to determine whether this is due to seasonal trends, broader economic factors in the UK, or perhaps market saturation.

My sales are down around 50% and have been all year. The only time we experienced sales like last year was during the prime period. Most of those orders were then returned the following week. Don't have much faith in Amazon anymore.
