How to obtain a Credit Note to send to my buyer

Go to Orders / Manage orders / locate the order in question, and on the right hand side under ‘Action’ there’s a button ‘Manage invoice’.
If you’d already applied a refund to your order, you should see an invoice/ or invoices (in case said order included more than one products) - as well as credit note/s, noting the refund.
