No buy box with FBA
We lost the buy box of all of our FBA products last week. We are the only seller of these products. It started with one product, and 2 days later the other products as well. The buy box eligibility checker says it is because of our performance metrics. Is this new? I don’t understand why FBM metrics would affect our FBA buy box.
I tried sending some FBA units with our second account. This account never has sold anything, so the metrics are clean. Still no buy box for this product with this second account either. What’s going on? There is NO featured offer, despite having FBA units in stock with 2 different accounts.

What are your fba performance metrics looking like ?
Hopefully not the same asins as you cannot have multiple accounts selling the same items

Which marketplace? I see the buybox in Italy but no products in the UK.
