Why Always Automated Messages

Hello everyone,

Recently, due to an issue in my software, the prices of my products increased by 100%. I quickly intervened to resolve the issue. However, Amazon France suspended my account due to this pricing issue.

I have contacted them four times regarding this matter, but I haven't been able to understand what they need because of the meaningless automated messages that Amazon keeps sending. Despite pointing this out, they continue sending automated responses.

Every time it’s close to a payout week, I end up dealing with these ridiculous issues. Has Amazon started to become a scam for sellers?

Instead of sending automated messages, it would be much better if they could clearly communicate what they need so we can find a quick solution. I am really fed up with these pointless automated responses.
