Virtual Registered Office address
Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me with the following issue:
I need to change the address for my FBA business and decided to go with one of the virtual office address providers. I will use them for all my business addresses (Registered Office and Director’s Correspondence at Companies House) as well as my business address and business bank account address.
As the addresses these companies provide are not unique, I would like to ask whether there would be any issues with Amazon during my re-verification process if it turns out that there is already another FBA seller using the same address?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes verification is done for this purpose to remove virtual offices. You need to provide a physical office

Ha charming buddy.
Go right ahead with your virtual office and see what happens to your account when you do.
This is amazon not what rules you think apply.
Verification of a physical office is required to stop bad actors with no physical location for law enforcement purposes.
Honestly some people…

All business expenses, bills and bank account would be registered at the same address therefore there is no problem with providing proof of address to Amazon.
This is not an issue and I repeat, there is nothing scammy or dodgy about using virtual addresses for your business!

Sorry, but I was not in a position to present those for my current business address and that was not problem during verification. Not all FBA businesses operate from their houses or rented offices and therefore there are other ways to confirm your address.

As an example there are many businesses using their accountants office as their registered business address both on Companies House register and Amazon.
I am under impression that you are both implying that I am asking about something illegal and very wrong, which I still truly believe is not a case and definitely not my intention.
