Read onlyHello Amazon Seller Community,
I’ve encountered an issue that I hope someone can help clarify.
Initially, I created my Amazon Seller Central account using separate credentials (different email and phone number) from my personal Amazon buyer account. However, for some reason, both my buyer and seller accounts now share the same email address and phone number.
I’m concerned about whether this might affect my Seller Central account, especially since I’ve recently started making sales and am focused on maintaining a healthy shop with good performance metrics.
Here are a few specific questions I have:
Will sharing the same credentials for both accounts cause any compliance issues with Amazon policies?
Could this result in any confusion or impact on how funds, notifications, or transactions are processed?
Is there a way to separate these accounts again to avoid any potential complications?
I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from those who may have experienced a similar situation. Should I reach out to Amazon Support directly, or is this something I can manage on my own through the account settings?
Thank you for your help!
The answer is basically no to all questions. It's common for buying and selling accounts to be the same info.
The only thing to be wary of is leaving reviews or feedback for other sellers that could result in Amazon stepping in.

No issue. Mine are the same.
I recommend you don't do anything.
