No orders last 3 days?
Hi all, hope everyone is safe and well.
Question regarding orders, we normally receive 100+ orders per day (MFN).
For the last 3 days, we have only received 5 orders in total. Is anyone else facing the same problems? It’s as if something has glitched in the backend and all of a sudden the ‘well has run dry’…

I don’t think there are any issues if there were you would have a lot of sellers on here complaining about lack of sales.
Sales are always bad middle of the month and as @The_Little_Shop says a lot of money and time is being diverted this weekend to people booking holidays.

It’s very strange because we hadn’t had a single order all week which is very unusual and then all of a sudden today it’s back to normal levels… it really is like someone at Amazon turn a tap on this morning and our orders came flooding back in. No idea why.

I have had orders come though from Europe but the uk market seems to have dried up to almost no sales for the last 2 weeks which I find very strange.

We have had exactly the same issue since Friday, absolutely NOTHING… We have never had this before, have spoken to support 3 times since then, but no help whatsoever…

Same here from Thurs 17th.Buy Box went down to 67% and has crept back up to 92% this morning but sales over Friday - Weekend have been 100% down on the week previous.
Account is in perfect health but I got a policy violation warning on Thursday which I assumed has triggered the downturn but the Buy Box is returning back up, as I say it is 92% but I also know this is no guarantee of sales either.

Yes, we usually get one every 10 days or so but nothing for a couple of weeks.

Maybe people are deciding not to buy from Amazon who seem to be wasting their profits into funding the not so eco-freindly space race. I know I am starting to look at alternate suppliers for things I would normally just buy on ‘Prime’. Or is it that people don’t have the dispoasable cash they thought they would have now we come out of lockdown.

I have not received an order for some 2 months, I received a message from Amazon saying a seller account had been terminated but have now told me my account is active. Still no orders though!!!
