Hi all,

‘Amazon cannot find an eligible fulfilment centre for this product’

I am receiving this message when I am sending a product that I have been sending to amazon fba for a long time. Its only 1 out of 4 variations on the listing where this message is appearing when trying to create a shipment.

The product is non-hazmat, its clothing. So confused as to why it is appearing. Has anyone else had issues recently?

I saw a blog back in 2019 on the matter but no real answer was given as to why other than hazmat which this product definitely isnt. Plus they are allowing the other 3 size variations to be sent :s

I would think that something on the listing has changed/happened. Have you gone through the affected child listing with a fine tooth comb?

Just because an item isn’t actually Hazmat, doesn’t necessarily mean that the bots haven’t picked it up as such. It could well be going through a review currently.
So I would suggest that you give it a few days and then try it again.

Have you checked the dimensions? We had one which weighed 100g, but the system managed to make it into 100kg and accordingly, they wouldn’t let us send it in.

Check the weights and if it’s this, it’s an easy fix.

Yes thats right I meant adult As in rude !. Do your items have any wording or pictures on? There was someone on here the other week who had a mug removed flagged as adult as it had pictures of birds on with the words ‘nice t*ts’

We’re having exactly the same problem with lots of our asins, some of which we have been shipping into FBA for 5 years now, the FC eventually corrected the first asin, took 4 weeks though, and asked us to send in the list of the rest of them to be corrected, and now, nothing again. We seem to be dealing with yet another associate, who is saying they are under review again, so we’ve gone back over a month again now, back to square 1 !! These cases should be allocated to one person to address, and the case should remain their responsibility until resolved, its so frustrating…
