Restricted Products Policy Violations
Our product was tagged under Restricted Products Policy Violations due to single use plastic reason
we have already submitted our appeal and documents proving that it is not a single use plastic
we were already told that our listing will be reinstated within 48 hours and it is already beyond 48hours even beyond a week already and it is still not reinstated, we have made follow up on the case but no response, we create and reached out in a different case and still the same
Nobody from seller support is responding out listing has been up for more than a year and for some reason they suddenly tagged it like that and with our documents the promise that they will reinstate did not happen

I understand you have questions regarding your product and a restricted products policy. You have previously been advised the listing would be reinstated; however, this action has not taken place as of yet.
As Amazon strives to maintain a safe and trusted store, it is required of all sellers to uphold those same values. In addition to this aspect, there is also the requirement that all sellers operate within local, state, federal government laws and regulations. For this reason, restricted products policies have been put in place to help guard against any illegal, prohibited, or harmful items being offered for sale. For example, there are several mentions of unapproved drugs, chemicals, and weapons in the different regions where sellers can offer products for sale.
More specific to your scenario, other restricted products include specific single-use or disposable plastic products covered by the guidance published by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), including those made of biodegradable plastic. This would indicate you are currently selling in the United Kingdom marketplace; is that correct?
Do you have any case IDs I could look into? When did you receive confirmation of the reactivation?
If you do not mind providing these details, I would greatly appreciate it!
All the best,
Stevie
