Lost account no way to access it
I have a pretty major issue. Arond a month ago i attamted to change the email of one of my consumer accounts. To do this i had to free up my main email address which meant terminating it the amazon consumer account linked to it. So i terminated the consumer account and without knowing this also terminated my seller account linked to that email. I have created a new account now with the same email to speak to seller support. Unfortunately they have been unabe to help with this issue.
The seller account that was ‘terminated’ is still active as im still being charged, recieving messages and able to locate listings. I am wondering if there is any way i can regain entry into this account. This account also has a lost FBA shipment and pleasnty of posetive feedback which i do not want to lose completely.
Has anyone had a similar issue and found a solution. Please i am very stuck ATM and unable to gain any kind of entry into this account

If you are still getting messages to that email address then you should still have access, if you do not have access you need to reset your password

just to add. Ive just changed the email of my new account to a different email address. When i try to login with my old email it just says we cannot find an account with this email address
