Hi,

What do you mean by this?

IF you are VAT exempt find and report that you are VAT exempt from related menu.

If they keep charging you VAT for seller and FBA fees, open a support ticket saying you are VAT exempt but they are charging you VAT for seller and FBA fees. This does not work for Advertising invoices as it is invoiced from the UK company.

If you are not VAT registered then you can declare your VAT exempt status by going to Tax Settings in the Account info dropdown.
