How do I send a pallet of individually packed units to Amazon FBA
Hello there,
Wondering if someone can help.
We send 120 units of an ASIN to FBA and pack them individually onto a pallet. Can someone tell me how to create a case pack template for this? I have to put the individual unit weight in the case pack template as the box weight which means they think i’m sending 120 units with the weight of 1 unit. If I put the weight as the full pallet amount it says the box limit is 23kg. There must be some obvious way around this, surely other people send individual units of an ASIN on a pallet without boxing them up into multiples? I should add, we’ve done this about 7 times before and used to select “everything will fit in one box” but this isn’t there to select anymore…

the new workflow doesn’t seem to be straightforward for pallets - are you able to access the old workflow still as it specifically has an option there for selecting LTL

The reason that your getting the error is because your basically telling it, that your putting 120 items in 1 box. Where in actual fact, your putting 120 boxes on a pallet.
It doesn’t matter that it’s one item per box. it’s still 120 boxes.
So you should be putting the single box (item) as an individual weight, rather than 120 of them.

We tried using the new Send to Amazon feature a few times. After a few attempts it dawned on us that whoever created the new system has never assembled a pallet of goods in their life. We reverted back to the old method, clunky as it is, at least it works. And now we have no idea what we will do after 31 August.

Ah interesting! So when it says generate 120 box labels I just don’t print them? So i’ll only have the pallet shipment labels and then the amazon generated barcodes?
