HLI2 - Anyone else having delays in receiving?
Its been 3 weeks since our shipment was delivered without check in. I don't see much info on this warehouse, is it new?? Anyone else having a delay in receiving at this FC?

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.
That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.

We have the same issue. Shows delivered still shows delivered until now.

Did you receive it? Same here—I got an email saying I need to relocate the shipment to another warehouse due to a delay in opening until April 20 but it's really hard to relocate. I guess it's a new warehouse, but the thing is, they originally made us create the shipment to that location...
