Unable to List in Handmade

I applied to sell on Amazon Handmade and have been approved. However when I click on Inventory/Add a Product, I am taken to a screen that shows To begin adding products
Find your products in Amazon’s catalogue search bar to find similar products but this is not the page as per the Handmade add product video. Has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you sort it.

Hi there
if you are not seeing Handmade as a category option this is an indication of one of two things:

  1. your account has not been successfully registered for handmade. To check this, look at your settings > account info > services. If registered for handmade, you will see this here. Another indication is to check your settings drop down menu, you should see the ‘Maker Profile’ included in the list. If not, you will have to go back to your approval email and follow the instructions to register there, or contact Seller Support through your seller central > help
  2. you account has been successfully registered for Handmade but there is a delay in your seller central updating with all the handmade features. Following successfully registration, it can take up to 24hours for the system to fully update.
