The IOSS number is for B2C orders under 150 euros that you are sending to Europe, it will not show on your orders for the UK if you are dispatching from your address in China as per your seller profile page as the UK is no longer in Europe (exc N. Ireland).

Hi,

You can enable this to show, follow these steps:

  1. Amazon Seller Dashboard
  2. Orders > Order Reports
  3. Add or remove order report columns (Blue Link - Right Side)
  4. Last Field in that list of switches, IOSS Number, Enable and Save Changes.
