Brand Registry problems
I’m struggling to get our Brand Registry application approved. Message as follows:

Brand Name: TREE APPEAL
Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry. We are unable to approve your application at this time for the following reason(s):

Figurative mark image provided does not match trademark record.

The trademark image provided on your application does not match the image on the trademark record. We require a matching image to associate the trademark with your brand name.
Please re-apply with an image which matches the trademark record by going to www.brandregistry.amazon.co.uk
Obviously something is not adding up but blowed if I can spot it. See attached application and our Trademark Certificate.
