Dear Amazon,

Please help to resolve:

I have created a shipment on 10 of september 2024 it came on 12 of december 2024, i.e. 92 days after shipment creation. My carrier is dpd and on their website it is said that shipment is already delivered, but on 10th of december the shipment was closed, thus now my shipment is now lost as I do not see any updates on it.

Shipment ID is FBA15JH19XQH

Please change the status of shipment from "closed" to "inbound" or "to be delivered" or anything else which would allow the goods to be accepted on my inventory

My FBA shipment has been deliveried for almost ten days. but nothing showed at Amazon page. I do not know when warehouse could receive my FBA package ?! So anxious indeed . the DHL tracking number is 00340434776993111480 , what I could do is just waiting ?

Hello Sellers,

we have recently been facing issues with our shipments. When the shipment reaches FBA warehouse the warehouse says it is invalid and do not accept the shipment. when we try to contact Amazon to know more they say ask your carrier and even the carrier does not have more information except that they refused to accept the delivery. Our Carrier is FedEx, has anyone else facing this issue?
