From August 2024 we were charged VAT on our monthly subscription fees. Previously we paid only £25 without VAT added. Since August this changed to £30 to include the £5 VAT.

We have never received an invoice from Amazon with the new amount. I have opened numerous cases and they constantly tell me it is in the tax document library and refer to the new VAT on our selling fees. As you can imagine, I have reopened every case saying they are referring to the wrong charge.

Am I being thick and these invoices are available somewhere else or should they be in the tax document library along with all the other invoices. Your help is much appreciated.

Where can I find the monthly subscription invoice?

If I total the fees for a month from the any monthly transaction report, it does not equal the fees invoice that I receive , so I need to know what the difference is ( I have found out now that a Digital service fee is charged in the fees column,) so is that NOT included in the Fees invoice.

I am so confused with this.
