if you are using service code BPL for 1st and 2nd class - it should be the same
if you are using service code CRL for RM24 and 48 - it includes VAT so is cheaper if you are VAT registered

I use CRL48 and Im shocked. How it can be more expesive than in counter?
I choose this to have a delivery confirmation.
BPL have confirmation also?
Secondly, it is not understandable to me how an account with RM can be more expensive than a regular customer at the counter?
