Hi there! I am a small business that makes and sells handmade items. I am a bit worried about the new GPSR regulations and updating my listings; do I have change my listing as well as the physical product sent out?

I only currently sell to the UK and NI. I am worried that changing all my listings and items might be too much hassle for me. Is it possible to stop selling to Northern Ireland for both MFN and FBA and how do I do this? Also, are the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and British Forces overseas addresses (BFPO) included in these new regulations? Thanks for any help!

Can anyone please confirm that we do NOT need GPSR if we only sell in UK?

(We do not wish to sell in EU)

I contacted SS a while back & they confirmed sales to NI can be 'switched off' for FBA & FBM, but I am now hearing different - Our NI sales are very small so we wouldn't be affected too much..

As it stands, amazons belief is still that because Amazon UK is not in the EU - then sales, even to the EU or NI fall outside of GPSR.

So if you want to actually comply with GPSR in full (which includes showing the information on the listings) for FBM, your only option would be to remove selling to EU and NI

But for FBA and SFP - you simply can't 100% comply with GPSR on amazon.
