Keywords showing up for product targeting ads
Even when I set an 'exact' product match for targeting, Amazon is still allocating my PPC budget to related keywords, which I haven't authorised. Since there's no option to add keywords or negative keywords, I have no control over this. For product targeting ads, Amazon is diverting my budget to keywords instead of focusing on the specific product match I’ve selected.

We had this issue also and got a resolution for it - it really didn't make sense as to why it worked this way.
You have to add the keywords that are appearing in the search terms as negative match at the campaign level and not the ad level. The campaign level will let you add negative keywords, while the ad level will only let you add negative ASINs.
But yes, I agree, an ASIN ad campaign should only target ASINs and keywords should automatically be null. But apparently it doesn't work that way

Negate those ASINs from the campaign. I see this accross my clients accounts but negation has worked.
