talking with amazon bot is nightmare
Dear Amazon Performance Team,
Thank you for your response regarding ASIN:
I would like to clarify the quantity and purchase details based on the invoice provided.
I purchased 10 units of this product from my supplier, World of Sweets, at a total cost of £14.99 excluding VAT. Each unit supplied by the wholesaler contains 75 individual sticks.
This means:
* Total sticks purchased = 10 × 75 = 750 sticks
* Each retail pack sold on Amazon contains 15 sticks
* Total sellable retail units = 750 ÷ 15 = 50 packs
All 50 retail units were created from this bulk purchase and sent to Amazon for sale.
I believe there may be confusion because the invoice shows the bulk format (sticks in larger units), whereas the Amazon listing is for smaller retail packs (15 sticks per pack).
I would also like to highlight that the selling price on Amazon was under £9 per unit, which includes Amazon fees, shipping, and other costs, so the pricing structure aligns with the bulk purchase model.
This demonstrates that the total quantity sold is fully supported by the original purchase quantity.
Please review this clarification alongside the invoice provided.
Kind regards,
ABC

When you reopen the case, put the routing phrase in the first two lines, before the long explanation:
- This is not an invoice quantity shortage case.
- This is a pack-size conversion case: 10 supplier case-packs × 75 sticks = 750 sticks = 50 Amazon packs of 15 sticks.
- Please route this to a manual reviewer who can compare the supplier case-pack quantity with the Amazon retail pack quantity.
Then attach or highlight three pieces of evidence:
- Invoice line showing 10 units purchased
- Supplier/product description showing 75 sticks per wholesale unit
- Amazon listing showing 15 sticks per retail pack
Do not lead with “I believe there may be confusion.”
Lead with:
The invoice supports the full Amazon quantity once the supplier case-pack size is converted into the Amazon retail pack size.
That gives the system and the human reviewer a clearer path than a normal appeal.
