Where to find seller ID and merchant token?

I am not a pro-merchant but was hoping to integrate my low volume of sales with RM Click and Drop.
I seem to need my Amazon seller ID and ‘Merchant token’.
All I have found via other searches online is that these should be in the ‘Business Information’ section of my Account Info, but all I have showing there are
Identity Information
Transfer Account
Business Address
Manage Your Brands
Display Name

Can anyone help please? Is it because I am an ‘Individual Seller’?

PS is this the same as my ‘seller ID’?
