Urgent - 2 step verification recovery
I have lost my parent seller central account access due to 2 step verification . I changed my phone 2 months ago and lost the authenticator app. which is why I am not logging in to my parent seller central account. Now I am trying to recover my account and send documents to amazon more than 4 time but not received any answer from amazon

Today is 1/7/25 and I had to wait over 10 minutes for an OTP code to be sent via text SMS. I went for a walk came back 20 minutes later and there was a code.
We shouldn't have to wait MINUTES! to get a code.
