Seller central login blocked
we have requested a password reset many times - we then get an email directing us to ‘sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/account-issues/ref=ap_cs_forgot_pwd?ie=UTF8’
but this always redirects away from sellercentral.amazon.co.uk to our consumer account amazon.co.uk (which does not exist) - we have been trying for 6 days to sign in to Seller Central without success - is there a selling partner support number we can call for assistance

how are you here on the forum able to post if not logged in ?
have you tried clicking ‘seller account’ link at the top of this page ?

Thanks for your quick reply - we were able to login to seller central using our accountants login credentials - but they only have permissions for a restricted area in seller central, which happens to include posting on the forums

If you go to the bottom of the home page on your buyer account there is a section called ‘Make money with us’. If you click on ‘Sell on Amazon’ then select ‘log in’ at the top of the next page you should be able to get in, has worked for me when I’ve lost links
