Amazon account permanently deactivated

@Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon

Hello, I received a performance notification from Amazon on the 17.01.2024 stating that my Amazon account was deactivated in all marketplaces and when I contacted seller support for more information they said that around august 2022 which is when I first started selling on Amazon. At the time i created a US and UK marketplace account with my company Depide LTD. I didn’t have “sufficient documents to be able to sell on the US marketplace”. Seller performance team today stated that the appeal letter which consisted of documentation which I was instructed to send weren’t sufficient enough and they came to the decision that my US marketplace is essentially permanently deactivated. The only for me to be able to sell on the UK marketplace is for my US marketplace account to be reactivated. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why were they so harsh. I have only ever sold on the uk marketplace and never listed or did anything on the uk marketplace. Not only that, when my account was deactivated, an automatic removal order was created by Amazon which I wasn’t even informed which sent my entire inventory back to me. I only found out about this a week later when I received dozens of messages from Royal Mail saying that your parcels have been collected from your selected parcel shop??! Now my inventory is lost and my accounts are also lost.
