Currently unavailable - What is the reason

Hi All,

I noticed one of ours top-selling items has been showing “Currently unavailable” . There is no warning and we are not using any Brand names like Apple etc.

How can we find out what has happened?

Firstly,make sure that top left you have a UK postcode as your buyer location showing, when searching and looking at the Amazon catalogue and listing detail pages as a buyer would.

Once added, If listing does not appear go to your inventory find the item and click on the item’s SKU for status and full breakdown.

You can also check your account info, notifications and fix your products page.

I can’t find location, where is the UK postcode is, Is that in the listing ?

There is no message from Amazon
