As you can see, my account Health page does not show any compliance warnings. Everything seems to be normal.

Can someone please suggest something?

I reached out to support and they said that the product has been recalled. How can I submit appeal if there is no option or warning present on my dashboard?

I am not even selling CHILDREN's backpack. I am just selling a tote bag which is for WOMEN.

Do you have the case # that you opened with Seller Support on this? I'd love the chance to take a deeper look into the correspondence there.

Lastly, have you checked your Performance Notifications? Do you have anything there, or did you only receive this direct email?

I have had the same problem. This detail page was removed for potential policy violations. (POTENTIAL). Visit the account health dashboard for more information. Following the help link they suggest online leads to a dead end or a circle. I now have inventory they said is stranded. There was no solution. The reason for it is that there were no offers in the last 30 days. That's not true! I admit sales were slow, but it was 21 days with no offers. I contacted Amazon Seller Partner Support. They said the workaround is to go through the add a product process again. But when it comes to adding the SKU, I must use the one from the original inventory listing where the inventory was listed

Any thoughts?
