MRN (DHL) is required from Amazon France.

Thank you for your help.

We received the email from Amazon.fr.

They request us the MRN for each shipment .

MRN stads for Movement Reference Numbers.

We don't know how to get the MRN.

We are requesting DHL to provide these.

But we didn't it yet.

Does anyoone help us how to get it?

Kind reragds,

-------------------------------------------------------

Dear Selling Partner,

Based on our records, we have identified that you are shipping goods of non-EU origin to Amazon's fulfillment centers in France. To comply with the French General Tax Code (FRGTC), you must provide specific customs documentation for these shipments.

For all your shipments to FR FCs you must submit valid Movement Reference Numbers (MRNs) and Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) numbers. Failure to provide this information may be considered non-compliant under French law.

Are You Affected?

You must comply with these requirements if both conditions apply:

• You are established outside of the EU

• You ship goods of non-EU origin to Amazon's fulfillment centers in France To provide your MRNs and EORIs follow these steps:

1. Go to your Shipping queue: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/fba/inbound-queue/index.html

2. Locate shipments to French fulfillment centers since January 1, 2020.

3. Click 'Import details' under Status column

4. Select 'This shipment has import records' from the dropdown menu and continue to enter the required information

5. Enter the shipment MRN and or your custom representative’s EORI number.

6. Click “Save”

Note: Your customs broker or freight forwarder can provide your MRN, which appears on customs declarations. If you need an EORI number, obtain it through EU national customs authorities.

What If You Can't Obtain MRNs?

You have three options:

1. Modify your arrangement with your current logistics provider

2. Switch to a provider who will share MRNs

3. Use Amazon's expansion services:

• For UK/US shipments: Customs clearance and shipping services (C2S2) • For China shipments: Amazon Global Logistics Exceptions Apply If:

• You're established in the EU

• You purchased goods locally within the EU before shipping to French fulfillment centers

If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this case.
